At first we had a quick recap on what we did last week. Then we did a warm up session to help us remember the importance of a headline. The next activity was to think about the highlight of our week and and we had to use a headline and draw a picture about that. We also had to think of a subheading. Mean while, Glen did one of his own as a model for us. After play we started to fill in the top and bottom parts of our newspapers. We had to think of a name for our newspaper and even design adverts.
We then thought about all the different roles involved in working on a newspaper or website. After lunch we had 12 pictures of a little man and we had to change the design and create an animation with it.

Today we reminded ourselves what we did last week then we had ten minutes to match up headlines to the stories. After that we thought about what we did in the week and I chose Erin's dance party then I thought of a headline. Mine was 'Dancing Queen'. We put in a sub heading and we thought of a title for our page. Mine was fun, it was HIP HOP NEWS! Then we did a diamond nine and thought of jobs you would have if you were a magazine maker. Then we made an article at the bottom of our page. Then sadly we stopped for lunch. After that we animation out of drawings. We created twelve pictures of characters which turned into an animation. I did a giraffe, lion, pig and tiger which was really fun but then sadly it was time to stop. I had lots of fun today.
